What You Can Do to Save Time

According to a study done in the University of California by information scientist Gloria Mark, unintentional task-switching eats up more time than you might think. Small things like checking a new email when in the middle of a task can really interrupt your day and hurt your productivity. The study found that it takes an average of 26 minutes to recover from trivial interruptions. Be aware of how you work on tasks, and try your best to do them from beginning to end.
